What about bad weather - do you still turn up?
We work in all but the very worst weather conditions. Very heavy rainfall, lightning or heavy snowfall will prevent us from cleaning your yard. If the safety of our Operators is at risk we will not work in those circumstances, which includes roads that have not been snow-plowed. We do not provide a refund under these circumstances as we will clean up all the dog waste missed at no extra charge on the next visit
We do work even if it has recently snowed as we know where your dog goes and will dig under the snow to retrieve as much waste as possible – therefore we do not accept cancellations for instances of recent snowfall. The principle is that what we don’t get this week due to snowfall, we’ll get the next week, or the one after that at no extra cost.

We ony provide regular service – the frequencies can be weekly, twice a week, 3 times a week or every other week (bi-weekly).

How much does the pooper scooper service cost?
Is there a start-up fee?
There is no start-up fee, unlike many other pooper scooper companies. This applies to any regular service, even in the Spring Time when the first cleanup is often a big job! Usually a 4 month minimum commitment is required to receive the larger first service free of charge. How do we pay for the pooper scooper service?
We only accept credit/debit cards, not cash or checks. We prefer to keep the usage of paper to a minimum, as an environmentally aware company, and as such will automatically charge your credit/debit card in advance monthly, on a recurring basis. This of course gets cancelled as soon as you want to stop service.
